Ayurvedic yoga massage is a deep-tissue massage with passieve yoga stretches, tractions and mobilisations. There are many techniques from which I choose the ones that suit you best. Right here, right now.

Yoga and massage are a beautiful combination. That's why we also look at which yoga poses are fostering your health and enjoyment of life :) 

What is Ayurvedic Yoga Massage?


This video shows a combination of the deep-tissue massage and stretches. Here it is deeper work on the back and sitting opening stretches after which he will feel more energetic, as he asked for.


Every massage is adapted to what you need.

This video shows another combination of the deep-tissue massage and stretches. You can see more massage of the back, shoulders and neck. Next come mobilisaties en stretches. This gives deep relaxation aswel as space and opening in the body.


Unique about AYM is also the use of the feet for massage. This provides more pressure but spread over a larger surface.

Where and when?


Massage sessions are by appointment in Haarlem at my studio at home or on location.


Usually I give a wonderful 90 minute long massage for €100. Basic is 60 minutes for €70 including consultation. Longer or on location is possible too of course.


Payment can be done via bank request or cash.
